How do I send something back that I bought on Soulm?

The “Easy return policy” that Soulm gives its clients allows you to seek the return or exchange of a product within 5 days of delivery. You may also request a return for some or all of the items in your order, and we will accept partial returns. Also, if possible, please take a picture of the item and submit it to us for reference. Within 2-4 business days, we will pick up the goods. If the products are undamaged and unused when they are delivered to us, we will start the refund or replacement process.

What circumstances preclude the merchandise from being returned?

Returns are not accepted for any personal care items, including lip balms, soaps, and essential oils.
