Shipping Policy

Soulm is committed to fulfil your item with top quality packaging within the provided time period. The only days we don’t ship are Sundays and public holidays.

We only ship using reputable courier services to make sure your product gets to you quickly and in good condition. We will dispatch your things through Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost if there is no local courier service.

Delivery Charges

No matter how many items are ordered in a single transaction, a single shipping rate is applied based on weight and volume. We offer all-inclusive pricing.

All taxes, with the exception of Octroi, if applicable in your area, are already included in the list prices. According to the legislation of the various regions and states, there will be an Extra Octroi tax for shipping.

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within three business days. The majority of orders are delivered 7 to 8 working days after the date of delivery. All orders will be properly delivered to the address you provided at the time of placing the order. How can I trace my purchase?

Once your order is shipped from our location, we will email you a notification with the Waybill/Tracking Number. You will be able to monitor the status on the relevant logistics partner’s website 24 hours after this, as defined by the logistics partner.
